Activation
Players at levels 150–200 activate their divine altar buffs at the corresponding NPC in Dime Desert. Each buff lasts 12 hours with a 2-hour cooldown between activations.
Hei Long Dungeon
Divine Altars and Special Altars are obtained using items dropped inside the Hei Long Dungeon. Speak to Lord Sagun to gain access, and purchase the required dungeon keys from the Quarter Master.
